Ostéopathe genou à Paris 12

Les principaux diagnostiques de douleurs de genou sont :


- Des traumatismes (accident, chute de ski, entorse..). Ces troubles sont d’origine ligamentaire, tendineuse, ou articulaire. Il n’est pas rare d’observer des fissures ou déplacements des ménisques.

- Des troubles mécaniques (Arthrose, Posture, syndrome patellaire). L’arthrose est la cause principale des douleurs de genou chronique.

- Des troubles inflammatoires (rhumatismes, tendinite, bursite, épanchement/kyste poplité)

- Des pathologies chroniques (arthrite septique, arthrite virale, troubles métabolique comme la goutte l’hyperparathyroïdie ou le diabète, maladie de Paget, Algoneurodystrophie, différentes maladies auto-immunes etc..)

L’ostéopathie face aux douleurs de genoux


Dans un premier temps l’ostéopathe exclu minutieusement à travers des questions et un examen orthopédique du genou toutes les causesde douleurs qui ne relèvent pas de son ressort et se doit de réorienter le patient vers un médecin si nécessaire.


Dans un deuxième temps l’ostéopathe va évaluer la mobilité des différentes parties anatomiques qui forment le genou ainsi que le bassin. En tenant compte de la posture globale de la personne, il va entreprendre avec une diversité de techniques manuelles toujours adaptées, non traumatisantes et respectueuses de l’anatomie, un travail de relâchement des tensions entre les différents muscles et redonner de la mobilité aux structures liées de près ou de loin au genou et tenter de comprendre quelles sont les causes à la fois anatomiques responsables des douleurs mais également les causes externes pouvant favoriser les douleurs (positions au travail, sport, chaussage etc. ).


La douleur au genou que l’on rencontre fréquemment est celle qui est amplifiée dans les escaliers (montée ou descente des escaliers): ceci traduit un conflit entre les muscles de la cuisse et la rotule, tout à fait soignable chez l'ostéopathe. Ce symptôme n’exclut pas un blocage des ménisques.


Il est important de se faire prendre en charge rapidement après l’apparition d’une douleur au genou, en effet, le corps compense très rapidement lorsqu’un genou est affecté. Des douleurs peuvent apparaitre dans des zones éloignées du genou (lombaires, hanches, cheville, etc.) si on laisse traîner un genou douloureux, alors que ces douleurs associées n’étaient pas présentes avant.
