Ostéopathe cruralgie à Paris 12

La cruralgie, familièrement nommée " la sciatique du devant " est donc l'atteinte douloureuse du nerf crural, comme la sciatique la douleur a pour origine la compression ou l’étirement d’un nerf sur son trajet.

Issu d'une des branches du plexus lombaire (nerf sensitivo-moteur provrenant des 2, 3 et 4 èmes racines nerveuses lombaires), le nerf fémoral ou crural se dirige en avant et en bas en direction du bassin et descend verticalement dans la cuisse.

Son atteinte n’est pas forcement liée à une hernie discale, elle peut aussi être liée à de l’arthrose au niveau des lombaires qui irrite le nerf, un processus infectieux ou bien tout simplement à des tensions musculo ligamentaire du bassin liées à des dysfonctions complexes qui s’organisent mal dans le corps.

On peut retrouver comme symptômes:

- Des douleurs dans la hanche, dans l'aine et la région de la face avant de la cuisse.

- Les douleurs peuvent augmenter à la toux ou la défécation.

- La position assise prolongée peut majorer les symptômes douloureux.

- Des sensations de picotements, fourmillements, engourdissements peuvent survenir.

Traitement ostéopathique

Après avoir exclu à travers une anamnèse et un examen clinique approfondis les causes organiques pouvant engendrer une cruralgie (ex:hernie discale) l'ostéopathe mettra en évidence les zones qui seront moins mobiles et qui engendrent de mauvaises adaptations à la région lombaire.

L'ostéopathe s'intéressera à l'interface mécanique (muscles, ligaments, fascias, articulations) pouvant perturber le nerf crural sur son trajet.

L'ostéopathe redonnera suffisamment de mobilité pour que le nerf soit libéré au maximum afin qu’il diminue la symptomatologie.
